Dog-themed digital coins Shiba Inu and Dogecoin saw their market cap plunging, losing spots on the top ten crypto list. Shar Pie and Hamster Coin posted double-digit surges overnight as SHIB and DOGE witnessed decreased popularity.
Hamster Coin (HAM) gained almost 70% overnight as Shar Pie (SHARPIE) saw its value surging by 118% within the last24 hours. For now, Shiba Inu and Dogecoin lose their social dominance, meme assets such as SHARPIE and HAM replacing them with higher gains.
Besides the diminishing meme coin frenzy, alternative coins register comebacks in the continuing bullish run.
Quantum Economics CEO Mati Greenspan recently posted about Hamster Coin’s rally on Twitter. He revealed that HAM surged 71% after the United States Senator Brad Sherman said it might replace DOGE. HAM gained popularity after a mention by the Senator. Speculation fueled this meme coin’s rally, currently trading 63% away from its ATH at $0.00000006.
Dog-themed digital coins lost social dominance overnight as sentiment switched to the new meme coins. Nevertheless, FXStreet analysts evaluated SHIB’s price trends and suggested that the altcoin might resume its surges with increasing bullish momentum.
Moreover, an expert at FXStreet sees Dogecoin’s price bouncing before recording a comeback beyond $0.30. That is because DOGE prints a triple bottom pattern. Keep in mind that digital coins breach resistance zones after printing triple bottoms.
